Yellow

“Smile because you heart is aching, Smile even though it’s breaking. When there are clouds in the sky. You’ll get by.” ~ Smile by Michael Jackson.

Sun, light, and smiley faces. These three words are associated with the color yellow, but also help us to shine, be positive, and smile.

When there are clouds in the sky let’s try to find the sun. At first we won’t see it, but it is there trying to break through the darkness.

In life we have to try and break through the darkness. It is a hard thing to do . I know  because I struggle with it a lot. When I am down, I don’t try to find the light and be positive, but let the negativity consume me.  If I fight to break through the darkness then I will make myself better by being positive.

Another way we can find the “yellowness” or light is by smiling. Sometimes when I am down I try to force myself to smile, and after I do it for a couple of times I start smiling on my own.  Afterwards, I feel happy.

So when you are down  try to smile or if you are texting someone send a smile face to them even if you aren’t in a good mood.

Each day let’s try to find the light when we are down. So we can rise to the top where we belong. I will be working on this everyday . So join me in working on it as well if it is something you struggle with as well.

Blue

When most people think about the color blue the words sky and water come into mind. Looking up at a clear blue sky can be peaceful, and letting ocean waves hit your body can be relaxing. Although, in life we may feel blue or sad when something doesn't go our way we need to find that peace in ourselves and be happy again. I, myself,  need to work on finding the peace within myself when I get sad. Often I let the sadness take over me and I dont' fight back to become happy again. So join me in working on finding the peace within yourself when you are blue. Let's find that peace in ourselves, and shine as beautiful on the inside as we do on the outside.

Black

Darkness and death are words usually associated with the color black. At funerals, lots of people wear black to represent the mourning of a person.

Although, after going to a few funerals I have now come to the idea that people should wear white or bright colors instead of black at funerals.

I know at funerals we are mourning a loved one, but we should also be celebrating that person's life,  acknowledging what type of person he or she was, and what impact they had on our lives.

When their is darkness all around we have to look for the light to take us back up to the top. By wearing more bright colors at funerals, it will help us to look for the light, and believe that the person is in a better place.

In any situation lets look for the light and fight through the darkness until we see the light at the end of the tunnel to happiness.
